In this program you will develope strength, find more space in your upper body, and soon discover why so many yogis are heels over head for this pose.
In headstand the neck and head is carrying parts of your weight. If you suffer from neck tension or injury be sure to have a good conversation with your physician and your most honest self before you join this program.
